I have been a chef for 30 years and work in some very high quality establishments. I am also a very competent baker. I have worked in high end Chalets in France and Italy. I am very good and recognizing what clients desire and strive for kitchen excellence. I learn a lot of modern techniques and apply them often in my kitchen.

I couldn’t recommend Chef John enough! He proposed a fabulous dinner menu in response to my request - responding quickly to all of my questions in the lead up to the dinner, keeping me well informed. We hired Chef John to cater for a hen party, he took all of our dietary requirements into consideration and created a delicious menu with lots of variety to suit everyone (we had a vegan and a fussy eater!) Chef John provided an outstanding meal including his service/clean up. Super friendly and was up for sharing stories from his years being a chef! 10/10 would definitely recommend!! ????

John did an amazing job. I not only got what I asked for but more. They food and service was excellent. Would recommend John. Thanks John for making our trip even better.

Chef John was incredible! Completely understood what was needed and performed accordingly—and above of what was expected of him. Very professional and communicated very well. Corporate Flight Attendants! I reached out on this platform hoping to find exquisite food for my client's with short notice and in need of specific dishes. Chef John excelled and understands inflight catering entirely. Passenger's loved his food and not only was it extremely reasonably priced in comparison to inflight catering, the quality of the food was top tier and fresh. I highly recommend Chef John for anything you're looking for—whether that's an at-home experience, or in the sky—an experience for your passengers!

John was an incredible chef who made my sister's 60th birthday celebration night very special. He was a pleasure to deal with from the outset, with his friendly, kind, professional and accommodating manner. He worked hard throughout the day to provide a wonderful 4 course meal for us which our guests thoroughly enjoyed. He stayed until the end and cleared up after. The quality, taste and presentation of the food was marvellous! I would highly recommend John - he's wonderful!!
