Get to know me better

I am a private chef who creates thoughtful, home-style meals using quality ingredients to make every gathering feel special.

I am passionate about creating fusion dishes where East meets West. I began learning traditional Chinese cooking from my grandmother and aunties, and after moving abroad to study in the UK, I rediscovered my love for cooking through a Tate Marie course. This led me to join The Dorchester as a pastry chef trainee for six months and an F&B trainee for nine months, where I developed hands-on skills in desserts and fine dining service. Having travelled to over 20 countries and experienced both local gems and Michelin-starred restaurants, I draw inspiration from global flavours to craft unique and memorable dishes. I also hold WSET Level 1 in Wine, Spirits, Beer, and Sake, and Level 2 in Wine and Spirits, allowing me to pair beverages perfectly with my creations.
