I started cooking at the age of 8, in my family kitchen, where my passion for food first blossomed. This early love led me to train at a 2-Michelin-starred restaurant, followed by an exciting stint in Paris, where I was part of the team that earned a Michelin star. With over 20 years of experience, primarily in fine dining, I pride myself on being creative, flexible, and open-minded, with a drama-free attitude that helps foster a positive, collaborative environment. Approachable and friendly, I always aim to create memorable experiences through food. One of the highlights of my career was the honor of cooking for Her Majesty The Queen and Prince Philip—an experience that remains a defining moment of my culinary journey.
