Chef Mark Baumann
Chef At Home In Southend-On-Sea
Born into the Hospitality business (the son of a Hotelier) Mark naturally developed a passion for food – and all things hospitality.

Later, he joined Peter Langan (of Langans Brasserie fame) and partnered with the great man to open a new concept Brasserie, near his home in Essex.
He opened his first restaurant at the young age of 23 – Baumanns Brasserie, and was so proud to have achieved multiple accolades during his time on the stoves.
Mark became a Great British Masterchef during these years, and still holds this title today.
He has cooked for many high profile clients including The Queen Mother and Lord and Lady Sainsbury.
