Hi, I’m Mathew Fox, a passionate and experienced chef with over 13 years of professional cooking under my belt, honed primarily in Michelin-starred restaurants across the UK and beyond.

My love for food and travel has taken me to all seven continents, from working in prestigious kitchens in Australia and South Africa to cooking aboard luxury cruise liners, and most recently, serving as a private chef in an exclusive chalet in the Swiss Alps.

Through these diverse experiences, I’ve developed a distinctive style that blends refined European techniques from my Michelin background with the bold, rustic flavours of Asia, South America, and other culinary cultures I’ve encountered on my travels.

Driven and ambitious, my long-term goal is to open my own Michelin-starred restaurant. In the meantime, I’m building my private chef business and reputation across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, and the surrounding areas – bringing exceptional, personalised dining experiences to homes and events.
