I love to cook and learn about new ingredients and techniques. 3 years experience working at a 3* restaurant in Bray. Looking for short term work.

I began working as a kitchen porter at The Fat Duck in bray, Heston Blumenthals flagship 3* restaurant. In this time I progressed and spent 3 years working as a chef, learning and running 5 different sections within a restaurant working at the highest possible standards. In this time I gained a lot of experience, but I am looking for short term work, experiencing different culinary challenges and expanding my knowledge and passion for cooking.
