I'm highly creative & innovative and like to continually experiment & develop new dishes & items.

I am a full-time private chef with over 12 years experience in Michelin star restaurants, 5-star hotels, private members clubs & private estates.

I grew up in Gloucestershire and have worked all over the UK including in Jersey, London, Scotland & North Yorkshire.

I'm 1/4 Burmese, so have a passion for South East Asian cuisine & flavours as well as the classic European fine dining in which I trained.
