Michal was fantastic, apart from being an incredibly nice man, he was a very talented chef. He sent a lot of options for the menu with his original quality which was great compared to others who responded, then he was fast to respond to questions and edits on the menu. On the day he turned up exactly on time, he was quiet and fast working through the dishes, and at serving talked us through each dish. The food was cooked to perfection and looked stunning. Afterwards he cleaned the kitchen and tidied, it didn’t look like he’d even beer there. Couldn’t recommend Michal enough! Thank you!

Booked Chef Michal Liba via Take a Chef for a 60th birthday and we couldn't be happier. My friend flew over from the states to celebrate her 60th Birthday with us and we hired a house in Devon for the occasion. Mical was very accommodating to our requests and needs and came up with a super menu for us all – there were 8 of us. The communication with Michal leading up to the event was very professional, smooth and without any stress. The food was truly better than restaurant quality. It was exquisite—every course was beautifully presented and tasted incredible Mical took all the stress out of hosting—taking care of the prep, cooking, serving, and washing up. We all simply relaxed and enjoyed the evening! A truly memorable celebration and I cannot recommend Michal’s services enough. Thank you so much Chef Michal!

Amazing experience, couldn’t fault it. Our chef communicated well before the evening and was professional and friendly. He immediately got on with preparing the food and put us at ease (having never had a private chef before we weren’t sure what to expect!). The food was divine and Michal explained each dish. He then packed up and left us with a very clean and tidy kitchen. Such a great experience and really tasty meal!

Michal prepared 2 amazing fish dishes and a beautiful lemon tarte desert. He was very polite abd engaging and took time to explain each course. A memorable experience.

Michal was wonderful and really made our celebration special. He arrived and immediately got on with preparing and cooking. He served all courses and explained what we were eating, the ingredients and how he had cooked them. He then cleared everything away and said goodbye. This was a really lovely evening and we would definitely recommend Michal.

Ruby wedding anniversary celebration dinner with the family in a remote holiday cottage. Chef Michal was incredible. He accommodated our delay to start dinner without any fuss. The meal was fantastic, with wonderful produce, cooked with love and beautifully presented. He explained every dish. A really nice man, chatted to the family while he was working, we would definitely hire him again. Chef Michal made our celebration truly memorable.

Michal was a, no nonsense, get on with it type of chef, I was able to make the menu what I wanted it to be and he delivered! The dishes were amazing, and the kitchen was beautifully cleaned after. I would recommend Michal

What an amazing dining experience! Chef Michal produced a meal to remember for a special 60th birthday celebration. The dishes were all excellent, great quality and beautifully presented. It was a treat to watch him in culinary action and to pick up a few tips and tricks of the trade! And the cherry on top? He left the kitchen spotless! Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Michal cooked fabulous food which really hit the mark with out guests. The tasting menu of Cornish fish and seafood dishes was wonderful and the explanations of the inspiration and approach to preparing each dish was detailed and interesting. All in all we had a wonderful top tier restaurant meal cooked in our own kitchen.

Michel was an absolute first class chef. He made my family birthday celebration a night to remember. He is personable, attentive, a magnificent chef, took time to walkthrough the details of each dish before we ate, everything was perfectly cooked, warm , and of course delicious. Nothing was too much for him. He beavered away in the kitchen allowing the family to engage and enjoy the evening. The kitchen was left cleaner than when he arrived. I can not speak highly enough of the chef and anyone who books him will have a truly great experience.

What a fantastic experience! Chef Michal was fabulous from the moment he walked through the door, he interacted with all of us,talking us through all the dishes and where they came from .we would highly recommend.

He made the hen do extra special so we could all sit together and celebrate without having to worry. He also catered really well for all dietary requirements and left the kitchen spotless. Would highly recommend to make an occasional extra special

Mikal was excellent and the food was incredible. Love the time he took to explain each dish but was not intrusive at all. He arrived promptly and left without leaving a trace. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it.
