French/British chef with experience working under Michelle Roux at Le Gavroche**, and at celebrity hotspot Dorian*. French/British/Basque cooking
I worked my way up from being a butcher in Borough market to cooking in some of the cities most awarded restaurants , learning everything on the job. I was able to get into the industry through my knowledge of the French cuisine that I grew up eating, and was luckily scouted to work for the Galvin Brothers before then moving to the legendary kitchen of Le Gavroche which has trained the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, Marcus Waering and many others. I since worked at Dorian which just one its first star and who’s chef patron has also been awarded chef of the year 2024. I am knowledgeable of French, Basque, Catalan, Italian, Mediterranean cuisines. Though for more casual dining I can cook anything desired. Feel free to request anything and I will make it happen.
