Franco-British chef trained in Michelin-starred kitchens including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons**, Le Gavroche**, and in Paris at what many say to be no1 in the world - Plenitude***.

My approach is ingredient-led and quietly refined—classical foundations with a modern sensibility, focused on precision, seasonality, and restraint. I bring the standards of fine dining into a private setting, creating bespoke menus that feel both elevated and effortless.
