Monya Kilian Palmer is a highly experienced Performance Chef, bestselling cookbook author and culinary consultant with over 15 years of professional experience spanning private households, elite sport, publishing and recipe development.
Classically trained in Cape Town and formerly part of Heston Blumenthal's Development Team at The Fat Duck, Monya has built a career at the intersection of exceptional food and evidence-based nutrition. Her experience includes collaborations with renowned organisations and personalities including Tom Kerridge, Le Cordon Bleu and Joe Wicks.
For the past ten summers, Monya has served as the personal chef to world-class tennis player Grigor Dimitrov, working closely alongside coaches, nutritionists, physiotherapists and performance teams to support training, recovery and competition at the highest level of professional sport.
This unique background has given Monya extensive expertise in designing meals for a wide range of lifestyles, health goals and dietary requirements. Whether supporting athletic performance, weight management, healthy ageing, family nutrition, ketogenic and low-carbohydrate lifestyles, Mediterranean eating patterns, food intolerances or specific nutritional protocols, she creates food that is both purposeful and deeply satisfying.
