I teach cooking at a premium cookery school, running hands-on classes for both adults and children with a focus on fresh ingredients. Beyond the classroom, I run my own pop-up dining experiences, where traditional Indian cuisine is celebrated in its truest, most authentic form. While I embrace flavours and techniques from around the world, I am deeply committed to preserving the genuine roots and heritage of every dish I create. Whether in a class or at a pop-up, the goal is always the same: exceptional food that brings people together.
