I’m a private chef based in Belfast, originally from Dublin. I’m 38 years old, specializing in super light, authentic Neapolitan pizza, seafood, homemade corn tacos, slow-cooked meats, and homemade gelato. I love cooking with seasonal food and organic produce, creating comforting, home-style meals with a polished touch. After working with a 2-star Michelin executive chef in Dublin for one year (DropBox, Google, and Twitter), I went on to become Head Chef of an award-winning seafood restaurant in Temple Bar, Dublin.
