Perfection is just an idea, a vision surrounded by memories created by moments we share with people at a table

I am a professional chef with 17 years of experience and a wide set of skills acquired by working in many countries, my last job was at a 3 Michelin star restaurant where I got the opportunity to display my skills as well as learning new techniques. My style of cooking is based on simple ingredients that will showcase the favours at their best, at the same time they look absolutely stunning.

i have been in a few competitions and won 2 of of them, currently based in East Sussex.

Due to time schedule at the time being it is required at least 4 weeks in advance of notice to plan around…
