My focus is on creating dynamic flavor profiles where acidity, umami, and texture are carefully balanced, allowing each dish to evolve with every bite. I especially enjoy working with seared proteins, where precision, timing, and perfect doneness are essential.

Though I am not formally trained in culinary school, I have honed my craft to a professional level, creating memorable dining experiences for a prestigious clientele, including figures such as José Mourinho, Rishi Sunak, Lando Norris, Oscar Pisatri, John Terry, Thierry Henry, and Lewis Hamilton.
