I started from the bottom, making my way up to becoming the Head Chef in the best Hotels and Restaurants London has to offer.
I've worked as the Head Chef in the world's best hotels: the Savoy (London), The Langham (London) and the Mandarin Oriental (London).
I've been the Head Chef for Gordon Ramsay's and Michel Roux Jr.'s restaurants.
I bring 27 years of proven ability to make your lunch or dinner an unforgettable one. I've learned the following cuisines: Modern British, Mediterranean (Italian and Greek), French and Asian. On top of that I gained certificates in several cooking techniques and courses (e.g. low calorie cuisine).
I'm a passionate, spirited, and classically trained culinary professional, skilled in building relationships and developing high-performing teams. I've delivered excellent customer service, directing operations, and achieving culinary excellence.
I'm dedicated to food safety, customer service best practices, and quality food service. Perfection and creativity, all comprised in a fusion cuisine.
