My career began in award-winning kitchens, including Thornbury Castle (3 Rosettes) and Great Fosters Hotel, where I trained under Michelin-level chefs. These experiences instilled in me a deep respect for classical technique and the artistry of fine dining. Today, I combine that foundation with modern British and European influences, crafting dishes that are elegant yet approachable. For me, private dining is not just about the food—it’s about the atmosphere, the storytelling, and the shared memory. My menus are tailored to each client, highlighting seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with creativity and precision. From interactive pasta-making to curated wine pairings, I ensure every event is both indulgent and engaging.
