Passionate chef since age 10. Efficient, reliable, detail-focused. Every dish I make reflects who I am.
I started cooking at the age of 10, and by 16, I was working in my first professional kitchen. Since then, I’ve built a diverse career in the culinary industry, gaining experience in both one and two Michelin-starred restaurants as well as high-volume kitchens. I’ve cooked at major festivals, curated private dinners for high-profile clients and celebrities, and spent most of my career in London, specialising in modern European and Eastern Asian cuisine.
With Caribbean roots, I often weave those vibrant flavours and traditions into my dishes, creating food that’s both personal and expressive. For me, cooking is about storytelling, culture, and connection and every plate I serve reflects that.
