I am a young professional cook at Hotel Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon. I studied in Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Setúbal and had some experience in 5 star hotels.

I seek to prepare simple things and present them as delicious and beautiful food. I personaly love gourmet food and gourmet flavours. I like to create menus and learn more everyday.
