Classically trained chef with five years’ experience on yachts and luxury villas. I am extremely passionate about good food, I love to turn a meal into a delicious and memorable event by sourcing the freshest local ingredients.

My specialty is Asian Fusion with a focus on variety of sustainable seafood, veggies, and exotic salads with fruits, herbs, seeds and nuts. I've travelled extensively and cooked and trained with great chefs all over the world, my vast international palate plays with a lot of unique flavours and creative ideas from all corners of globe.
