I m a Professional Chef with more than 30 years of exeperience in every form of restauration . I come from Italy the region is Emilia Romagna who is one of the best culinary region in italy and we can say in the world .Tired to work in the restaurant i start my carrier as private Chef in Paris 15 years ago with some Vip people like the actrice Clementin Salarie , Philippe Stark and after for different family in Ibiza .
The events i do is a kind of live cooking show who the gastronomie and such opera song they mixed for the pleasure of the custumers .
