I am culinary mercenary

My name is Yvan Gilardi, graduated from the catering school of Thonon les Bains in the Haute-Savoie, i have more than 20 years experience working in various gastronomic restaurants.

In 2003 i began to explore the concept of re-creating professional restaurant cooking in people's homes and so i created 'Toquadom'. Since, i daily devote all my energy to refine and further develope this unique 'at home' services.
