I love cooking, and it makes me happy to see people enjoying my food and smiling.

I am a professional chef specializing in Thai and Japanese cuisine, with over ten years of experience working in hotels and well-known restaurants in Ibiza. In my free time, I always seek to expand my culinary knowledge and improve my skills.

I began learning to cook by helping my grandmother and mother in the kitchen from a young age, starting with simple tasks like cutting vegetables. Over time, I have worked in renowned restaurants, but I continue to study and develop myself.

Currently, I am studying for a Technical Superior de Cocina to further improve my understanding of kitchen management.
