I am a professional Chef, with international experience. At times in my career I was also a TV Chef in a live show, manager of a hotel with a lá carte restaurant, during COVID I cooked for patients in the kitchen of a public hospital, I catered various events and gatherings, I was a consultant for optimizing kitchen staff and activities, and I give cooking lessons to people that like to learn. My specialties are Mediterranean (including Spanish, Greek and Italian) , oriental, middle east, Balkan and middle European (including German, Austrian and Czech) cuisines.
