I’m Carmela Pannuti, an Italian chef based in Ibiza, creating memorable culinary experiences designed to be enjoyed and remembered. My cuisine combines Mediterranean roots with flavours and techniques discovered through my travels around the world.
As a private chef, I create bespoke menus for villas, families, groups and events, always adapting each experience to the occasion and the people I’m cooking for. From a relaxed breakfast to an elegant dinner or a special celebration, I focus on fresh ingredients, honest cooking and attention to every detail.
