I am a professional chef with over 15 years of experience, recieved my profesional formation in Medellín, Colombia. Then I had the oportunity of working with Michellin star chef, Martín Berasategui in Lasarte Oria, Basque Country. Then, moving to Lanzarote, where I worked at Palacio Ico restaurant for almost 2 years, during which time we got our recognition by the Michellin guide 2023-2024. Now, the road has led me here.
