About Me

I am an Italian private chef from Parma, the heart of Italian gastronomy, with more than 30 years of professional culinary experience. I have been living in Spain for over 20 years, where I have built my career creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests from all over the world.

Throughout my career, I have owned and managed three restaurants, where I developed not only my culinary skills but also my passion for hospitality and exceptional service. Today, I bring restaurant-quality cuisine directly to private homes and holiday villas, offering a unique and personalized experience.

My cuisine is inspired by the authentic flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and the highest-quality products. Whenever possible, I use organic fruit and vegetables from my own garden and carefully select local produce, meat, and fish from trusted suppliers.

I create bespoke menus for intimate dinners, family celebrations, birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and wellness retreats. I also specialize in vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free cuisine.
