Having spent much of my childhood in Sardinia, I developed a passion for simple, seasonal cooking rooted in exceptional ingredients. Today, my cuisine

My passion for cooking began in Sardinia, where I grew up between the sea and the countryside. It was there that I developed a deep appreciation for pure flavors, seasonal ingredients, and the value of local produce. Food was always at the heart of daily life, and my passion continued to grow in my mother’s kitchen, where I learned that simplicity and authenticity are often the foundation of great cooking.

My professional journey later brought me to Antwerp, where I refined my skills under the guidance of chef Thomas Snijders. At Bar Raket, awarded 13.5/20 by Gault&Millau, I learned the importance of precision, creativity, and attention to detail.

I then had the opportunity to help launch Four Dining, an experience that further shaped my culinary vision and strengthened my understanding of hospitality and gastronomy. Today, I continue my culinary journey in Ibiza, where I keep developing my own style and philosophy.

At the heart of my cooking are the ingredients themselves. I believe exceptional products should be allowed to speak for themselves. My approach is therefore simple and honest, enhanced by a fresh perspective and subtle refinement. My signature style is a balance between the elegance of French cuisine and the warmth and authenticity of Italian flavors. The result is a dining experience that is both approachable and sophisticated, rooted in tradition while offering a contemporary touch.
