Hello everyone! My name is Federico,
I am a professional chef cook with a strong attitude and passion for cooking with fresh ingredients.
For me food isn't just a job, but a real life style. My motto is:Fresh,seasonal, simple.
I love food markets,discover local and fresh products and try always new things,combine flavors, in order to create and delivery delicious meals to your table.
My experience as a Chef started 12 years a go in Sicily. After a year I was prepared to start travel around Europe,with the goal of improve and discover new flavors. I was working in Netherlands, England , Germany, Belgium, Ireland,Canary Island and currently I am based in Galway.
