During this period I attended many professional courses related to the catering activity, from
basic techniques to advanced cooking and pastry courses; the catering environment is a job
that I am very passionate about and pushes me to always deepen my knowledge and to interact
with countless professionals and professionals. In life I also deal with consultancy activities for
restaurateurs and others, as a freelancer, and also in a field other than cooking, but I also deal
with catering at the same time. Currently registered with the F.I.C. (Italian Chefs Federation),
