For me Hospitality is all about creating a memory and experience.
I am a experienced chef from the Netherlands. Started with Classic French cuisine, which is still my base. But through the years i learned, Spanish, Arabic, Asian (specially Thai) kitchens. I was headchef in small romantic fine dining places, but also headed kitchen with 20 chefs and 300 people a night. For me everything what i put on a plate needs my love, craft and attention. No matter how simple or how exclusive the dish is.
