I am a chef and food blogger specializing in vegan cuisine. I am Italian and have been living in the Canary Islands for 7 years. I transform any traditional recipe into its vegan version. I specialize in vegan cheeses and creative cooking. Recently, I wrote a recipe book, *"La mia cucina vegetale creativa"*, which is available on Amazon and in all Italian bookstores. I work primarily online, selling my cooking video courses. However, my greatest passion is cooking for people, which is why being a private chef is not just a job but also a true passion for me.
