I’m a professionally trained chef based in Lanzarote, with experience in Spain and Norway.

My cooking is Mediterranean, with a strong interest in Canary Islands produce and a modern approach. I enjoy adapting the experience to the occasion: from a relaxed BBQ or a great rice dish to a more creative private dinner.

Javier was a great chef, we was very polite and acoomodating of our requests, the food was amazing and presented very nicely, he helped give us a night to remember whilst away and easily the best meal of our holiday. Would recomend him highly.
