I have been a chef for 17 years, I studied at the start of my career at the Hoffman school in Barcelona and also later in Mexico City.
Since then I have traveled all over the world cooking and learning from different cultures and kitchens. But my heart has always been in Spain. Recently I bought an abandoned farm in Aragón and am restoring it to its former glory with a focus on sustainable 0km farm to table gastronomy.
