I am Lolo Román, a Canarian creative chef and founder of Chef Privé, a premium private chef and catering service in Lanzarote and Gran Canaria.
I create private dining experiences for villas, family celebrations, BBQs, paellas, tapas-style menus and special occasions, always adapting each menu to the client, the group and the setting.
My cooking combines local products, Mediterranean inspiration and a modern approach, with the goal of offering a warm, memorable and stress-free experience. I have worked in high-level gastronomic projects, including R&D at Noor, a two-Michelin-star restaurant, as well as creative consulting, culinary education and concept development.
With Chef Privé, I offer a complete private chef service: menu design, shopping, cooking at your villa or private location, service and final clean-up, so you can simply relax and enjoy.
I usually work with couples, families, groups of friends and international guests looking for a special meal in Lanzarote or Gran Canaria
