For me cooking has been part of my life since childhood, and what once began as a hobby has naturally evolved into my professional path.
I began in London in 2019 and after I completed a higher vocational degree in Gastronomy, focused on Culinary Arts and Pastry, in Barcelona. I have continuously grown, refining my skills and expanding my knowledge ever since. I worked with Palladium Group as Chef de Partie and with Sunset Hospitality Group as Jr Chef and other restaurants, gaining a solid and versatile understanding of different culinary techniques. Focussing today in mediterranean fine dining experiences crafting unforgettable moments in villas and privates events in Ibiza, with a variety of tailored menus and also personalized on clients demands.
