My passion for cuisine began in my childhood. Although I was not permitted to cook independently until the age of twelve, my interest in the culinary arts has been ever-present. Since then, I have consistently explored the possibilities within my kitchen, experimenting with various ingredients and dishes.

This enthusiasm led me to pursue a professional culinary career. I gained valuable experience working in numerous Mediterranean restaurants, where I honed my skills in preparing a wide variety of dishes. Destiny then brought me to London, where I embarked on a new culinary adventure – the art of sushi making. Under the guidance of skilled Japanese and Brazilian chefs, I deepened my knowledge and appreciation for this intricate culinary tradition.

Upon returning to Spain, I decided to translate my newfound expertise into a business venture. I established my own takeaway sushi restaurant, offering customers a taste of my culinary journey. Driven by a desire for continued growth, I have chosen to participate on this platform…

We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Pablo come to our villa in Marbella for my sister’s hen trip, and it was one of the highlights of the whole weekend! From start to finish, Pablo was professional, friendly, and such a joy to have around. He created an incredible BBQ feast with chicken, pork, sausages, beef and more – everything was cooked to perfection, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. He even finished it all off with a delicious dessert that everyone loved. The food was plentiful and top quality, but what really stood out was Pablo himself – he made the whole experience relaxed, fun, and special, which was exactly what we wanted for the occasion. It felt like a true treat having a private chef, and Pablo completely exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning a trip to Marbella and want something memorable, I couldn’t recommend Pablo highly enough – he made our celebration unforgettable!

Chef Pablo was great, we all really enjoyed his food and everything was well presented and tasty. He was punctual, attentive and it was a great private chef experience for us as a big family group of 17 in a rented villa! We only gave him 2 days notice and he did everything calmly and without any stress at all. Highly recommend, thank you!

Pablo was fantastic, good company and received a well deserved round of applause at the end of the evening. The food was delivered as a grazing meal as we requested, was not rushed and was exceptional in every way. The highlights for me were the beef carpaccio, meatballs in tai red curry which sounds bizarre but simply incredible and the baby suckling pig which he cooked and basted for three hours or more. Pablo was extremely punctual, professional and accommodating to all of our needs! We were a hen party of 14 with different dietary requirements and Pablo was extremely attentive in allowing us to change the menu to suit. We all had a great evening with exceptional food, and no tidying up after - we would highly recommend not only Take a Chef, but Pablo himself!

Chef Pablo blew our minds! His menu is diverse and his offerings are robust. We chose incredible croquetas, an exquisite salad, an unbelievably delicious potato salad, and the best paella we've ever had. His dessert (chocolate brownies) was magnificent as well. Pablo is remarkably talented and professional, and fun too! I could not recommend him more highly... we were truly blown away!

Pablo was wonderful. His food is terrific. He was charming and was very attentive to our different needs, including some of our group that had allergies or was vegetarian. We hired him for two different dinners and both were excellent.
