I'm Paolo, a Sardinian-born chef with a lifelong passion for food, hospitality and bringing people together around the table.
My cooking is inspired by my Italian roots, Mediterranean traditions and the wonderful ingredients Ibiza has to offer. I believe great food begins with quality ingredients, honest flavours and a generous spirit.
From fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables to homemade pasta, vibrant sharing dishes and relaxed BBQs, I create menus that celebrate the pleasure of eating well.
Whether it's an intimate dinner, a long lunch with friends or a lively celebration, my approach is personal, creative and relaxed.
For me, the focus is always the table, not the performance. The best meals are about more than food. They're about the people, conversations and memories we share.
