Chef Paulo was incredible! He prepared our New Year’s Eve Dinner with some delicious and tasty courses. He was super friendly and gave us recommendation for the city! We definitively recommend him for your visit to Madrid.

Can I give 6 stars? Paolo was outstanding. He cooked a meal for 8 at our Airbnb. He was gracious and flexible in working on the menu in advance. The food was excellent. Everyone loved all of the dishes (and there were many). And he was friendly and a great help. 6 stars!!
