I’m Mery, co-founder of Mery Rose Mery together with my partner, Alfredo. We are both professional chefs and personally deliver every Mery Rose Mery experience.

We specialise in private chef services for villas in Marbella and the Costa del Sol, from a single breakfast, lunch or dinner to half-day, full-day and multi-day villa chef assistance.

Our approach is intentionally personal: two chefs, one client at a time. We are not a rotating chef agency. Mery and Alfredo personally design the menu, shop, prepare, cook and look after each experience in the client’s villa.

Between us, we bring more than 33 years of combined hospitality experience, with backgrounds including Mandarin Oriental London and Barcelona, Ritz-Carlton Abama, W Hotels and Michelin-starred kitchens.

Our cooking is rooted in Mediterranean flavours, seasonal ingredients and generous hospitality, always adapted to the guests, the villa and the rhythm of their stay.

We create private breakfasts and brunches, lunches and dinners, Mediterranean private dining, tapas and paella, premium BBQs, private celebrations, intimate weddings and full villa chef assistance.

Every service is prepared, cooked and finished on site at the property.
