I am Sara Luna, plant based Chef with more than 20 years of experience.

My passion for food and travel led me to work in the kitchens of different places around the world.Preparing meals for so many diners a week, traveling, and experiencing places with such rich gastronomy as Italy, Peru, Australia, Japan, India, Thailand, and Morocco, led me to become more aware of the importance of what we eat, where it comes from, and how it's grown.

This knowledge, combined with learning about a wider variety of ingredients from around the world, enriched my style and way of cooking. And so, with time and curiosity, I began to train in different areas of energetic, macrobiotic, vegan, Ayurvedic, conscious, and sustainable nutrition. I changed my lifestyle, transforming my way of eating and cooking, creating new dishes healthier, tastier and more conscious.
