Cocinera profesional con experiencia en restaurantes italianos de 2 estrellas Michelin y bistrot.

I'm a passionate chef who attended at the Professional Cooking Course at Scuola Tessieri - Atelier of Culinary arts in Italy, which is the country where I come from. I've worked as a commis chef at Trattoria dell'acciughetta in Genova, and as a garde manger chef at the 2 Michelin- starred restaurant Seta, in Milan.

After this experience, I realized that classic dining wasn't exactly my cup of tea, but rather cooking closer to people. In general, however, I have always thought that there should be a closer, more shared relationship between the cook and the guest, which is difficult to establish within a restaurant. That's why I started organizing dinners and home cooking classes for international students, who could come to my house, cook and learn with me, and share good times together.
