22 years old: 1 year at Arzak Restaurant another at 5*GL Hotel in Barcelona and now Im in Maria Cristina 5* Hotel at San Sebastián. Discover me!
With 17 years old I start my cousine profesional career at a 5*GL Hotel called Alabriga. I discovered luxury service very young. When I arrived to San Sebastián after a year I worked at Arzak Restaurant 3*Michelin wich is one of the top cheffs of the world. In my mind, I would like continue in Hotel chains and 3 months ago Marriott María Cristina San Sebastián 5* contract me. I'm focus in tradicional cousine.
