Our experience with Chef James was nothing short of exceptional. He did an incredible job and managed to impress both carnivores and pescatarians alike. We can arguably say that the dinner that Chef James prepared was one of the best we’ve had. He was able to pull it all off: timing, taste, presentation, and all with a calm demeanor and willing to chat a bit and answer our questions.
