2 días después, mi novio no deja de repetir "Ha sido el mejor cumpleaños de mi vida" Miguel es encantador, cercano, educado, prudente y muy simpático. Sus platos son obras de arte, la combinación de sabores de su cocina te deja loco. Da la sensación de que le rondan mariposas en el estómago cuando comenta contigo como ha hecho los platos y sin duda, consigue transmitirte su pasión. Destaco que siendo un chef tan experimentado, es tremendamente humilde. Su cocina además de darte dos o tres vueltas a los ojos es ecológica 100%. Particularmente eso lo aprecio mucho. Nos ha encantado, creo que vamos a seguir saboreando durante unos cuantos días sus platos y por supuesto, la sensación de haber vivido una experiencia preciosa y única. David y Elena han sido una maravilla. Pocas veces mis comensales.y nosotros hemos comido tan bien. Una comida echa con arte y delicatesa. Les recomiendo a 1000% Elena es muy discreta y profesional para hacer el servicio y juntos hacen un equipo perfecto. We had Alex and his team round for 40th birthday meal and from start to finish the process was perfect. The food that they cooked was 5 star and all 9 of us enjoyed every plate of Asian food that hey dishes up. Highly recommended these guys and thank you Alex!
