After 20 years in prestigious houses such as Alain Ducasse, Paul Bocuse in Lyon and some seasons at the french riviera, my affection for healthy and local cuisine without artifice, pushed me to set up my own business, in order to share my culinary passion in a private atmosphere. It is with pleasure that I cook for you, taking into account your particular wishes. My style is provencal, local with only high quality products of the region, the region where I was born and that I love.

Chef Benjamin created a lovely dinner for our family upon my wife’s 60th birthday. We were on vacation in Sanary-sur-Mer from the United States and working with Chef Benjamin through TakeAChef was simple and easy. Chef Benjamin created a wonderful Mediterranean menu that met the needs of everyone in our party of six. Every course was delightful, perfectly presented and very tasty. Chef Benjamin was very prompt and diligent about his communications with us prior to the meal. He also talked with the owner of the villa to get a better understanding of the location and kitchen facilities. We would highly recommend having Chef Benjamin prepare a lovely meal for you.
