I am a private chef since 2008 and I used to travel around Italy and Europe to reach my clients to manage lunches, dinners and private events at their residences.

Predilection for a healthy cuisine with the minimum use of animal fats, refined sugars and processed products and also I can offer a wide knowledge of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian cuisine
