My name is Haydn Haynes-Simmons. I am an international chef, raised in a big multi-cultural family I have been used to cooking for them around the world since a little kid : Wales, France, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania…

I Trained in the Worlds best culinary school and the finest Michelin Starred restaurants around France (Chez Bruno, Domaine de Clairefontaine, Paul Bocuse…).

I recently took part in the famous "The Gourmet Festival 2024" in St Barths where I worked under the wing of Fabien Ferré, the youngest 3 Michelin starred chef.
