"Bold Flavors: Eclectic Style" is my catch phrase. I am not the norm and I love to break the rules when it comes to classical takes on dishes.

Chef Jared Pierre brings an eclectic style of bold flavors to his holiday- feast guide. To come out on top, his method is simple: be clear on what flavor profile you're wanting to achieve and prepare the food correctly.

Jared P. Morris grew up affectionally observing his grandmother, Katherine Madison, cooking in the kitchen. Known as Betty to some, and Hazel to others, it was her food that was sought after, following church service on Sundays. A young kindergartener from Chicago was inspired. The love that people showed his grandmother's recipes influenced Chef Jared's drive to follow in her footsteps.

Chef Jared studied food services and restaurant management (University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff; Pine Bluff, AR) and received culinary training at the Washburne Culinary Institute (Chicago, Illinois). Pairing his grandmother's teachings with his natural born skills and education is the foundation from which his recipes derive.

Chef Jared owned and operated JaredPierre Food Management Group & JaredPierre Private Chef & Catering, Est. 2015. His business provides products and services to high profiled companies, clientele, and events. He also appeared and competed on TBS' Rat In The Kitchen (Season 1, Ep. 4). The JaredPierre FMG gives back to the community by hosting initiatives to feed those less unfortunate.

Now located in Paris, Fr Chef Jared is on a journey to explore the world and share his love of food to all.

Originally I learned to cook from my grandmother. I went to culinary schools as well as college majoring in Food Service Restaurant Management.
