Self-taught chef committed to continuous personal development in culinary techniques, with a focus on Mediterranean gastronomy and Afro-fusion cuisine.

Ongoing refinement through professional workshops and collaborations with experienced chefs during private and charity events.

Organization and execution of private dinners (three to four -course menus inspired by Mediterranean and Afro-fusion cuisine).

Full management of the dining experience: menu creation, ingredient sourcing, food and cocktail pairings, and table styling.
