Culinary training from Australia and having worked around the globe, my cuisine is very international ranging from Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Japanese, Indian, Vietnamese, French, Italian and South American.

Keeping my cuisine light and fresh with the use of fresh and seasonal ingredients mixed with bold flavors and colors is my goal although adaptability and an understanding of individual client needs is perhaps one my greatest qualities.

Our private chef was a real pleasure to host. He was warm, engaging, and brought such an effortless, reassuring presence to the entire evening.
